SHOP POLICIES

All Sales Are Final

Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been processed, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded unless otherwise stated in our policies.

Payment processing fees, where applicable, may be non-refundable.

Damaged Items

Buddy Forever is not responsible for damage caused after delivery, including accidental drops, misuse, or improper handling of the product.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and within 24 hours of the delivery being marked as completed. Please include your order details and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Buddy Forever is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being handed over to the shipping carrier. However, if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Item

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact Buddy Forever as soon as possible.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Details of the item you ordered
  • A photo of the item you received
  • Any other relevant information

We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate solution.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your complete and accurate shipping address is entered during checkout, including your house number, apartment, unit, postal code, and any other necessary details.

Buddy Forever is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Package Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or the recipient being unavailable, please contact us. Any additional shipping costs required to resend the package may be the customer's responsibility.

Allergies & Product Use

Buddy Forever is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or other issues resulting from the use of our jewelry or products. Customers should review product materials and use their own judgment before wearing an item.
