At Buddy Forever, all purchases are considered final sale. We generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that are no longer wanted, ordered by mistake, or changed in preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to receive your order in good condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us review your request, please provide:

- Clear photos of the item

- Photos of the packaging, if applicable

We will review the information and, if the issue qualifies under our policy, arrange an appropriate replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not available because our store follows a final-sale policy.

If a refund is considered necessary in an exceptional situation, the request will be reviewed individually. Any applicable payment-processing or transaction fees may be non-refundable.

Replacement Policy

For an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Buddy Forever may provide a replacement rather than a refund.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered or is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a refund may not be available. If reshipping is possible, additional shipping costs may apply.

Order Cancellation

If you need to make a change or request cancellation, contact us as quickly as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation or address change will be possible once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
